Season 19 (2026-2027)
Connection, Change, and Second Chances
Season 19 invites you to gather around five stories that ask: what does it take to make a change?
Love that lingers, choices that echo, moments that ask us to stay, to listen, and sometimes ask us to begin again.
Across the season we invite you into rooms where something real is at stake: one man’s work to change the law, a dinner between exes, a quiet backchannel to peace, the life of a legendary artist, and, our holiday tradition, reimagined.
These stories are tender, funny, hopeful, delightfully human, and meet us exactly where we are.
The only thing missing is you.

Thurgood
Performed at Adrienne C. Nelson High School in Happy Valley, OR
September 24 – 27, 2026
By George Stevens, Jr.
Directed by Lou Bellamy
One man’s fight to change the country
Before he became a supreme court justice, Thurgood Marshall was a lawyer who traveled the United States, taking on cases that would help change the country.
Thurgood traces his journey through a 58-year career, from those early days as a civil rights attorney to his landmark case Brown v. Board of Education, which helped dismantle institutionalized segregation and led him to the highest court in the land.
Lester Purry (Thurgood Marshall) and Lou Bellamy (director) return for this revival, bringing their long-standing connection to Thurgood back to the stage at a moment when it feels as vital as ever.
Table 17
September 30 – November 1, 2026
By Douglas Lyons
Directed by Charles Grant
Two exes meet for dinner… What could go wrong?
They haven’t spoken in years, but tonight they’re meeting for dinner. What starts as a simple catch-up quickly becomes something else as Jada and Dallas revisit the story of their relationship. Moving between past and present with humor and honesty, we discover the spark, the unraveling, and the question that has hung in the air between them ever since: what if?
Table 17 invites us into a single night that holds years of love, mischief, and all that’s been left unsaid.
Make a dinner reservation and grab your seat – it’s going to be a wild night!
Oslo
February 11 – March 15, 2027
By JT Rogers
Directed by Brian Weaver
You don’t make peace with your friends, you make it with your enemies
Behind one of the most significant peace agreements in modern history was a backchannel that led to peace.
Oslo takes us inside the quiet, risky, and often improbable conversations that led to the 1993 Oslo Accords. In a series of secret meetings, political adversaries sit down together and begin – slowly – to listen.
Smart, surprising, and unexpectedly funny, this Tony Award-winning play brings you into the room where peace was built one conversation at a time.
Simply Simone
April 29 – June 7, 2027
Created by David Grapes and Robert Neblett
Arrangements by Vince di Mura
Directed by Patdro Harris
Four voices, one extraordinary life
Simply Simone traces the journey of Nina Simone through the music that defined her, from her early days as a gifted young pianist to a global artist and activist.
Told through song and story, with four phenomenal actors all playing Nina at various stages of her life, this exploration of artistry and identity asks the question: what does it mean to live truthfully in a world that resists you?
Simply Simone is guided by director Patdro Harris, who brings a rare intimacy to this production, he explains: “I grew up with a friend in Atlanta who was part of Nina’s family – so I grew up calling her Aunt Nina.”.
Listen closely, what might the voice of a generation be saying to you?
