Join us between performances: all are welcome as we honor Women’s History Month with respite, reflection, and deep connection. Regardless of gender, we all began life within the womb—a space that often holds our grief, trauma, stress, and sorrow as we move through the world as adults. Through transformative prompts, reflective exercises, and gentle somatic movement, guests will reconnect with their bodies, exhale all that no longer serves and breathe in joy, energy, and intention. This is a safe space and all are welcome.
